Returns & Exchanges

At Friends with Frank, we want you to cherish your pieces for years to come. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags attached. Place them securely in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
